Karen Goa in the library

Karen Goa in the library
In this month’s Glengarry Writers in the Library series, you are invited to hear travel and food writer Karen Goa at the Central City Library on 27 September.
Karen Goa brings us her new book One Flat Coyote on the Centre Line that takes readers on a cross-country romp across Canada in an irritable 1956 Chevrolet. Her first book Bitten by the bullet: Motorcycle Adventures in India is a colourful story of riding rough through Rajasthan.
An expat Canadian now based in Auckland and a finalist in the Cathay Pacific Travel Media Awards 2006, Karen’s quirky humour and eye for the unusual adds to her original style. Karen’s travel stories and photography have featured in well-known New Zealand publications such asThe New Zealand Herald and onHoliday as well abroad.
This event replaces author Chris Ryan who was scheduled for this month’s Writers in the Library series on the 20 September but unfortunately had to cancel.
This Glengarry Writers in the Library monthly series is presented in association with Whitcoulls.
