Hawke's Bay Regional Council - media statement
18 June
2014
Hawke’s Bay Regional Council functions
as an effective governance body for the whole of the region.
On most issues all Councillors are in agreement, but on a few issues there are divergent and strongly held views.
We respect the right of different views to be held as this encourages healthy debate for our region.
We are in agreement that the matters that unite us are greater than those that divide us.
