Christmas is coming early for those using goBay buses in Hawke’s Bay next month.
To celebrate the festive season those taking the bus between 1-24 December can take a friend or family member for free.
Sustainable Transport Coordinator, Megan Welsby says the festive offer is a great chance to team up with a friend and take the hassle out of finding a car park during the busy weeks leading up to Christmas.
“It’s also a great opportunity if you’re planning on visiting a friend, taking the children out and about, or just want to try out public transport with a friend,” says Megan Welsby.
goBay services do not operate on Christmas Day, however the Saturday timetable will be operating on Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and the 2nd of January.
