Our website and online services will be down
Thursday evening
Our Council's website and all our online services accessed through it will be down for a little while on Thursday evening (7 December) between 7-9pm so we can carry out some maintenance and upgrades to enhance security and reliability.
The entire www.tcdc.govt.nz site will be unavailable while this work is being done and anyone attempting to access our website will get an error message.
Our online services including e-payments, Consent/Application Tracker, Rating Information Database, online fire permits, and our District Plan Portal will not be available.
The actual outage shouldn't take too long, so if you need to get on our website on Thursday evening, try again later.
Or, if you urgently need some information or want to tell us something, you can call our 24-hour Customer Services line on 07 868 0200.
Otherwise, please email us on customer.services@tcdc.govt.nz.
