Crash Blocking Lanes On Dunedin Southern Motorway
Road users are being asked to delay their journeys or avoid a northbound area of State Highway 1/Dunedin Southern Motorway after a crash this afternoon.
Police said the crash involving a logging truck and car was reported about 3.30pm, near the Kaikorai Valley Road turnoff, and is blocking the northbound lanes.
There are no reports of serious injuries, police said, however motorists were advised to expect delays while the scene was cleared, which could take some time. Those at the crash site should follow the direction of emergency services.
