Fatal Crash, Roxburgh, Central Otago
One person has died following a serious crash on Grovers Hill walking track off Teviot Street in Roxburgh, Central Otago, this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash, involving a truck that rolled, around 3.15pm.
Tragically, one person died at the scene.
The walking track has been closed while the Serious Crash Unit conducted a scene examination, and the public are advised to avoid the area.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
