Ticket sales reached
an all time high on the weekend before Christmas with “THE
LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING” opening to
the No. 1 movie and breaking all previous opening weekend
records by taking over $2million in 4 days!!
This enormous opening breaks the previous all time opening weekend record, held by Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone, which took $1.5 million in its opening weekend.
