Give Life Petition Gains Support
Hi Everyone!
Once again thank you all for your support!
As you may have seen, LOTR Director, Peter Jackson has been in the press recently supporting our campaign for the government to address the acute organ donation shortage in New Zealand. We are currently discussing some much bigger 'plans' with Peter (and others, including International Ad Agency - Saatchi's) to further the campaign. Watch this space...! If you know of any other 'personalities' who wish to get involved, please let me know.
Though there is a petition currently before Parliament, many people couldn't sign it as it was done locally. There is now an International Online Petition that you can sign! Go to: http://www.petitiononline.com/katie/petition.html and please sign it. It has digital security so as people cannot sign multiple times making it a valid measurement of the number of people concerned.
At an appropriate time the petition will be forwarded onto Parliament. Please take a moment to sign it, and pass the link onto others that may be concerned about the current system.
Regards
Andy
