A wee jem of a photo taken at Turoa today. The cold weather that has battered the lower North Island the last couple of days has been dumping snow on Mt Ruapehu, down to the base area at Turoa as you can see.

Turoa is due to open June 20 and it's certainly shaping up well! Whakapapa is due to open June 27
