Last call for registrations - Bike Day Out with Sarah
Ulmer is nearly here
Olympic cyclist Sarah Ulmer is in fantastic form and set to line up against a massive field of everyday New Zealanders in the Bike Day Out coming up on Sunday March 28 2004.
The inaugural event will be held around the scenic back roads of Clevedon and comprises four rides - two for women, a 35km ride and a 65km ride; and two for children, an 8km ride and a 16km ride.
It is the
last call for registration with entries for the event
closing on Friday March 19. Forms are available online at
www.bikedayout.co.nz Following entry, race bag pick up and registration
takes place at McDonald's Greenlane, Auckland or McDonald's
5 Crossroads, Hamilton between 2pm and 7pm Saturday 20 March
to Saturday 27 March. Participating children must be eight
years or older on race day, with a parent/caregiver at start
and finish lines, and all cyclists must wear a helmet and
appropriate footwear. Further details regarding the Bike
