Sharing Spaces The artistic actions of five individuals in a household.
How do creative individuals with different artistic backgrounds share living space? The space becomes an intersection of artistic endeavours. The kitchen becomes the living room, every other room in the house is subject to being a workspace, and the furniture is on a rotating roster.
This exhibit came
together when the artistic occupants (past and present) of a
household decided to put their creative media together.
With a mixture of new and recycled materials from nature and
city, serious and playful ideas are mixed with creative
design and raw art. Rebecca Asquith, Shawna Todd, Melissa
Wyman, Edmund Wealthall, Tim Wigmore will turn their
household of shared spaces inside out and take it to the
gallery.
