A Car So Beatutiful Even Stars Can't Stop Looking.
Hollywood heart throb Aaron Eckhart may have had Rose McGowan, star of the TV series 'Charmed' on his arm at Cannes Film Festival, but he couldn't keep his eyes (picture attached) on his 'Black Dahlia' co-star when they were joined on the red carpet by an Alfa Romeo GT, donated by the Italian car maker to raise money for the 'Cinema against Aids' charity.
The charity event, held at the "Moulins de Mougins", was hosted by Sharon Stone and Alfa Romeo's Lapo Elkann and brought together more than 400 international stars of the film world, fashion and photography, with the highlight being the auction of the specially prepared Alfa Romeo GT by Sharon Stone.
The proceeds of the evening went to AMFAR and the Elton John AIDS Foundation, which organised the event, and which are at the forefront in the struggle against this serious global issue.

The charity evening was not Sharon Stone's only meeting with the cream of Italian automotive elegance. During the Cannes Film Festival she was cosseted from engagement to engagement in a Maserati Quattroporte.
P.S. The charity auction of this car raised Euro90,000 or something just over NZ$200,000 for Aids Charities
