Alan came in third highest chip leader and finally won against Nick Nicolaou of Sydney in a tense battle to the end.
Alan came from behind and took the chip lead with some key plays.
Joe Hachem was on hand to support the pair and commentate on the finale. Alan now joins Joe having won a seat at the next WSOP championship in Las Vegas.
