New Appointment Julie Moffett
Public Relations & Communications Director RIANZ

The Recording Industry Association of New Zealand has appointed Julie Moffett as its new public relations & communications director.

Julie joins RIANZ directly from Media Sauce (compilers of the Official NZ Music Chart and operators of the radio and recording industry website RadioScope).

She has wide and varied experience in media including editorship of the radio and recording industry monthly magazine Median Strip; eighteen years in radio where she held announcing, news-reading, producing, and copywriting positions; and as a music reviewer.

Not only is Julie responsible for RIANZ PR and communications, she also assumes the co-ordination role for the New Zealand Music Awards.
