NZ Gardener celebrates top gardening talent at Ellerslie International Flower Show
The upcoming Ellerslie International Flower Show is an inspirational celebration of local gardens and designers, says Lynda Hallinan, Editor of NZ Gardener.
“Ellerslie has always been a showcase of the best of New Zealand’s gardening talent.
“The range of displays and gardens offer gardening enthusiasts terrific inspiration and ideas for their own works in progress. I strongly encourage all gardeners to take the once-yearly opportunity to visit this show, and I look forward to meeting as many people as possible.”
The Ellerslie International Flower Show is the largest gardening event in the southern hemisphere, attended by over 70,000 visitors each year! As New Zealand’s most popular gardening magazine, NZ Gardener is proud to be a Gold Sponsor of the show.
NZ Gardener will also present the 2006 speaker series, which includes regular contributors to the magazine – floral designer Fionna Hill and fresh food editor Alessandra Zecchini, as well as Lynda Hallinan.
“As a gardener I’m always looking for fresh inspiration and new ideas, and events like Ellerslie offer a great opportunity to see outstanding green fingered talent at work,” says Lynda.
Each issue of NZ Gardener features inspirational gardens from all over New Zealand, as well as handy tips and advice from knowledgeable gardening experts. NZ Gardener is on sale each month from all good bookstores and retails for $6.80 RRP.
