Elton John Concert Not Sold Out Yet!
Capital C: concerts, the promoter company bringing Elton John to Wellington on December 6, has received hundreds of calls from fans nationwide wanting to go to the only NZ performance and had been under the misunderstanding that the show was sold out.
A spokesperson for the company stated that the record breaking first days of sales under the VISA card promotion where huge and over 2/3 of the seats had gone in the week concerned. But a few thousand seats are still available via Ticketek and the aim is to reach a record attendance at the Westpac Stadium.
Ticketek has also fielded a large number of calls fro out-of- towners now wishing not to miss out on this unique event.
