The inaugural Seniors' Day Out - Lifestyle Expo was held in Auckland 2005 receiving high acclaim from exhibitors and visitors alike.

Seniors and Baby Boomers from all over New Zealand will be able to enjoy a Seniors' Day Out Lifestyle Expo, with events planned for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch in October and November this year.

The focus of the expo is to provide Seniors and Baby Boomers an opportunity to access the best Products, Services, Healthcare and Information to help them make their own choices for bringing about the lifestyle they want.

A feature of this years Auckland show is a dedicated Health Pavilion where visitors can get FREE Health Checks, and advise from the more than 50 exhibitors covering all aspects of their health.

The Seniors' Day Out - Lifestyle Expos bring together the latest Products and Services in Travel, Food, Fitness, Health Care, Leisure activities, Lifestyle choices, Gifts and Crafts, Retirement Planning and much more.

All generations will enjoy the FREE entertainment on the main stage and can participate in the many recreational activities to encourage healthy living like Fitness classes, Tai Chi, Yoga, Dancing, and Indoor Bowls.
