Longtime fans and supporters of each others projects, Craftwerk has teamed up with touring spectacular 'A Low Hum' to take half a dozen of our favorite crafty kids on a tour of New Zealand. Stopping in 5 cities in both the North and South Island, and bringing along with us 4 of New Zealand's most unique and interesting bands. 

Craftwerk is not your regular craft fair for old ladies, anybody who makes anything be it cupcakes to zines, clothes to posters, badges to undies can have a stall at Craftwerk, an event which also presents some amazing and daring bands. From humble beginnings two years ago in Wellington, Craftwerk has grown at a phenomenal rate. Spreading to Auckland and then to Christchurch, both cities now embracing and celebrating the quirky craftparty.

Now with the help of A Low Hum we take the craft resurgence to the next Level. Along with our 6 touring vendors each city will be treated to goodies from emerging local craftists.
Add to this performances from Christchurch's The Enright House, who have finally finished their breathtaking debut album, which we will be celebrating the release of on this tour along with Christchurch 's Get Set Play - the solo project of Mark Holland (Tiger Tones, Pig Out),  Wellingtons indescribable Thought Creature and Wellington sweethearts Little Pictures.
