Babies appealing for support!
Babies appealing for support!
Nina Newdick is just one of the many Plunket babies keeping their fingers crossed that this year Plunket's Annual Appeal (13 21 October) will reach its target of raising more than a million dollars.
Plunket's Annual Appeal is an opportunity for everyone to contribute to helping local children, families/whanau in their community.
All money raised locally will be used for local Plunket services, including Plunket Family Centres, Car Seat Rental Schemes, Parent groups, Parenting education, Toy Libraries and PlunketLine, a free telephone advice service for parents (0800 933 922, 7am to midnight, 7 days a week). Your donations will help us to continue to provide these services.
This year Plunket has had the assistance of some well known grown-up Plunket babies including Carol Hirschfeld, Robyn Malcolm, Ginette Macdonald, Taika Waititi and Keisha Castle-Hughes to help Plunket raise awareness for its campaign.
If you'd like to donate to Plunket go to www.plunket.org.nz or at any ANZ branch. If you'd like to become a Plunket volunteer contact your local Plunket branch.
