A New Dish To Be Served At Savour

A New Dish To Be Served At Savour

Dish magazine is proud to be the new official media partner of Savour New Zealand.

Next year promises to be huge for the organisers of Savour New Zealand – the master class for food and wine lovers. Since it launched in 2001, the event has taken place every two years in Christchurch. 2008 sees Savour New Zealand become an annual occurrence and also heralds a move up to Auckland.

Savour New Zealand takes place 2-4 May 2008 at Auckland’s Langham Hotel, as well as at selected other venues around the city.

“Savour New Zealand is New Zealand’s premier food and wine event, and as such, we are delighted to be associated with Dish, one of the leading lights of our local food and wine media,” says Savour New Zealand event director Astrid Andersen.

Dish editor Victoria Wells says the magazine is thrilled to be involved in an official capacity with such a wonderful event.

“Savour New Zealand is a unique opportunity to see top chefs from New Zealand and overseas in action under one roof, and to meet and mix with others who are equally passionate about food and wine.”

For more details on the programme and list of presenters, check out savournewzealand.co.nz or pick up the next issue of Dish, available in store from 19 November. Tickets will go on sale on 10 December.
