executive and agent Amotz Zakai into the Writer’s Room in
Auckland this November.
Join MC Vanessa Alexander to
hear Amotz share stories of taking culturally specific and
independent projects to international screens.
Amotz
brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, having
been involved in the development of Oscar winning feature
Tsotsi by Gavin Hood and Oscar nominated Water by Deepa
Mehta.
In his role as a manager of writers and directors
under the Echo Lake Productions banner, Amotz represents
notable international names including David Ward, John
Carpenter and Antonia Bird, along side our own Toa Fraser.
