week.
First up, tonight at around 8pm IFK will be appearing on Kiwi FM's " Guess Whos Singing For Dinner" segment. Kiwi is on 102.2FM in Auckland or kiwifm.co.nz . I'm excited about this show since it will feature IFK playing live acoustic versions of a couple of tracks from the upcoming full length. Quite probably the first time on radio for these songs! It will also be interesting to see how the divide the Burger Fuel Allowance between the posse we're bringing in to the studio.
Thursday is a secret fun day, but this Friday IFK are featured on the Maori TV show "Bassline", which screens at 8:30pm. Somewhere in there will be a short feature on the band which was filmed a few months ago int he middle of a very crazy night - will be interesting to see how it comes out. Be sure and tune in!
There are many goodies on the horizon, not least of which is our gig on Thursday February 28 at the good old Dogs Bollix. There should be a few bright and colourful posters around town by the time you wake up tomorrow morning. The lineup includes Kittyhawk, Solomon, and Seno Vs Frank ( I thought i'd seen it all until i went to a practise session with these guys).
That'll do for now - see ya round Lee IFK
