Thousands Enjoy the Vector Wellington Round the Bays:
Close on 10,000 participants walked, ran and strolled around the glorious Wellington waterfront in one of New Zealand’s largest Push Play events this morning.
Sport Wellington Region hosted the event for the tenth year on an overcast Wellington morning.
The event started on Jervois Quay by the TSB Arena, weaved its way around 7kms to Kilbirnie Park to a festival atmosphere packed with entertainment, refreshments and recovering participants.
“The event was enjoyed by families, corporates, clubs and individuals; it just gets better and better” said Michael Bennington, General Manager at Sport Wellington Region.
