The June Writer’s Room presents the second installment of exploration through the rapidly growing world of New Media.
Script to Screen brings together yet another stellar lineup of New Media aficionados to look at the opportunities emerging for dramatic storytelling within the mediums of internet, cell phones, and gaming.
Joining the panel as MC is researcher and documentary filmmaker Clare O’Leary (Content Director for NZ on Screen) with returning panelist Bevan Linkhorn (New Media Development Executive for The Gibson Group), Nigel Horrocks (Internet commentator and publisher of NZ Herald’s on-line site), Ana Samway (Journalist and on-line publisher of Spareroom), and Games Producer Maru Nihoniho (Managing Director of Metia Interactive) to discuss the opportunities and identify the issues surrounding New Media.
