The McCahon House Trust is pleased to announce the selection of the McCahon House artists in residence for 2009.
This was the Trust's third call for residency applications since the inception of the residency programme in 2006 and applications were received from an unprecedented number of high calibre artists.
With such large number of worthy applicants, the selection of three artists for the residence was always going to be a challenging task for the selection panel. The Trust congratulates the following artists in being appointed McCahon House Artists in Residence for 2009:
Eve Armstrong
Lisa Reihana
Ava Seymour
The Trust looks forward to welcoming these artists to French Bay in 2009.
