Christmas Leap of Faith
Date: 9th January 2008
MEDIA RELEASE - Christmas Leap of Faith
Boxing Day 2008 will never be forgotten by Tal Yosha
from Israel and Niki Ellis from New Zealand.
On bended knee Tal proposed marriage to Niki right before doing a tandem bungy jump at Mokai Gravity Canyon, Taihape. The happy couple successfully performed an 80m Bungy Jump and then celebrated their engagement with a bottle of bubbly supplied by the crew at Mokai Gravity Canyon.
Tal and
Niki met in Japan 4 and ½ years ago and this was Tal's
first trip to New Zealand.
After asking permission of Niki's father 6 weeks ago, Tal and Niki decided to make the proposal an event to remember and arranged with Niki's family to do a tandem bungy jump.
Tal and Niki plan to get married in Israel in October 2009 and show their wedding guests the DVD recording of their bungy jump at Mokai Gravity Canyon.
