Disaster for Ryan Urban before Kartsport Nationals
Disaster for Ryan Urban prior to the Kartsport Nationals
Ryan Urban the latest star in the Formula
Suzuki Series and multi National Kart title winner has had
his van containing his 250cc Kart stolen yesterday from
outside RightKarts on Station Rd Penrose!
Ryan and his father Marty Urban were in the workshop at RightKarts while the van was out front and locked, when they came to leave the van was gone with broken glass on the ground where it had been parked, the Kart and all his racing gear was inside the van, this was around 2.30pm on Sunday 5th April about the time of the warriors game.
Ryan is devastated, Right karts have given him another shifter kart chassis and with a spare motor come hell or high water he will be at the Nationals at Easter, but having lost all his good equipment it will be a hard ask to repeat his previous victories.
The Van is a white Toyota lwb, Registration number DLD 153 with tinted windows.
Any help can be directed to Kevin Varney from Formula Suzuki at gpracing[at]clear.net.nz or 021-425-850 or by contacting the police.
