Mothers Day Book Launch
In a glass room high above Titirangi, come and listen to Michele Powles read from her brilliant debut novel, Weathered Bones. We will also be joined by the wonderful Academy New Zealand, School of Floristry - creating beautiful displays for the afternoon.
We can't think of a more pleasant way to spend Mothers Day, with delicious tea and cakes served throughout the proceedings.
"Weathered Bones tells the story of Antoinette - a widowed grandmother, Grace - an emotional young wife, and Eliza - the lighthouse keeper from another century, in a book of dark water, flowers and midnight paintings."
Event: 3pm - 4.30pm All welcome. Entry by gold coin donation.
