Friday feast of local breakfast radio as Nic Pegg signs off at Plains FM Mornings
Plains FM Mornings host Nic Pegg presents his last programme this week on Friday 28 August, 8am - 10am on Plains FM96.9
A retrospective celebrating the diverse content of Mornings will play in the second hour including program material from the last 2 1/2 years.
Nicolas has edited interviews with broadcasters Ken Ellis and Jim Mora, director Elric Hooper, actor Jon Gadsby, authors Tim Shadbolt and Joe Bennet, 'Barefoot Cinema' documentary director Gerard Smythe, architect Sir Miles Warren, entrepreneur Stephen Collins, chef Richard Till and Officer in Charge of Road Policing, Greg Murton.with live performances from Flip Grater, Hot Club Sandwich, Fiona Pears and Twisted Oak.
Studio guests in the first hour include Mayor Bob Parker, Artspace critic Jamie Hanton and sports commentator Mark Belcher.
Plains FM Mornings will continue with new host Edward Swift, currently producer of the programme.
