River Festival’s Leap Of Faith With The Moon Man

The 10th Organic River Festival’s Leap Of Faith In The Moon Mans Predictions

The festival is changing its dates from the traditional Wellington Anniversary Weekend to the week after, the 29th to 31st January because of Ken Rings long term weather predictions.

Ken Ring, the well known alternative weather forecaster, has uncannily got the weather right the last six festivals in a row. I started to become curious and last year invited Ken to the festival to explain how his system works says Malcolm Hadlum, Organic River Festival founder and director. "As I am a bit of a weather freak myself because of fishing and yachting activities I was fascinated by what he had to say".

Ken has calculated that there will be a beautiful fine spell over the last couple of days of January. “Weather naturally plays a huge part in an outdoor event especially if families are camping so it seems totally logical to change the dates to suit the weather”.

I now have enough confidence in Ken’s long term predictions to change the date of the event to suit the weather says Malcolm Hadlum.

Ken will once again be at the ever popular music, food and well-being festival conducting free workshops and explaining his system as well as revealing some controversial facts about climate change including why he thinks the public has been misled. Once a day down by the river in the children’s marquee he will also put on his Magicians hat and entertain the hundreds of kids that turn up with their families.
