MTV NZ is giving one lucky teenager the chance to win their very own SUPER SWEET 16 PARTY.

For the past two years, MTV in association with Clean and Clear have chosen one lucky winner to be crowned New Zealand’s Super Sweet 16, celebrating their Super Sweet 16 with an amazing party for all of their closest friends – MTV style!

2010 sees MTV offer this opportunity for the third year running, giving teens a chance not only to have their dream birthday but also do be the star of MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 New Zealand episode.

My Super Sweet 16 is an international MTV series that takes viewers on a wild ride behind the scenes for all the drama, surprises and over-the-top fun as teens prepare for their most important coming-of-age celebrations. The series gives viewers an up close and very personal look at the extravagant and sometimes extreme measures teens take to ensure that this milestone in their lives is commemorated by the ultimate celebration.

Entries are open to all those who turn 16 in 2010.
MTV will select 5 finalists, and this year, with a true MTV twist, the public will decide the winner through online and text voting. This will encourage the 5 finalists to work with their local communities in a bid to gain votes.

Competition closes on Friday 9th April with finalists announced on Tuesday 13th April – on ZM Drive and also on http://www.mtv.co.nz.

Then get ready to vote on Wednesday 14th April before the Grand Prize Winner is announced on Friday May 7th on the www.mtv.co.nz and on the ZM Drive show.

The winner will not only have the birthday party of their dreams, they will also be able to share the experience with the rest of New Zealand in a unique NZ Super Sweet 16 episode.
