Chance to be the exclusive office photographer for the inaugural Youth Olympic Games
The first-ever Youth Olympic Games
is searching for all budding Kiwi photographers to win the
chance of being an official photographer for the Games in
Singapore, 14 - 26 August 2010.
The winner of the competition will be flown to Singapore where they will receive a training session from an experienced Olympic photographer and have the opportunity to capture the first-ever images of the anticipated Youth Olympic Games.
Youth Olympic Ambassadors, Yelena Isinbayeva (two-time Olympic gold-medal winning pole vaulter) and Michael Phelps (14-time gold-medal winning swimmer) are lending their names to the campaign and challenging the public to submit photos that they think embody the spirit of the Youth Olympic Games.
The Youth Olympic Games will play host to 5,000 talented young athletes between 15 and 18 years of age from 205 National Olympic Committees.
