Browns Bay Martial Arts School Choi Kwang Do (www.choi.co.nz) is pleased to announce that five North Shore children/teens recently passed their Black Belt Grading.
Special congratulations to Kirsty Ainsworth, Kevin Ku, Samuel Groom and Jacob Groom for achieving their 1st degree Black Belt and also Daniel Driscoll-West who achieved his 2nd Degree Black Belt.
“We are all very proud of these students who after more than 3 years of twice weekly attendance achieved their personal goal” Says School Owner Caroline Hazelden
“It is extremely satisfying that in this generation of instant gratification, children as young as 7 with the support of their parents were able to set a 3 ½ year goal and stick with it.” Says Caroline Hazelden.
“These recent Black Belts now bring the total number of Black Belts under the age of 14 in our North Shore School to 10” Says Caroline Hazelden.
