Spectrum Care’s ’60s Flower Power Ball
Press release
Spectrum Care’s ’60s Flower Power Ball – Saturday 16 October 2010
Spectrum Care’s annual ball is the biggest event on our social calendar and contributes strongly to the achievement of our Vision: ‘People with disabilities living great lives’.
Raising the profile of the wonderful achievements of New Zealanders with disabilities is a significant focus for Spectrum Care and we encourage our media partners to join us in achieving this objective.
The event takes place on Saturday 16 October 2010 at the Ellerslie Event Centre (Newmarket Room) from 5pm.
The event is proudly supported by our principal sponsor Telecom, via the Community Investment programme.
As a proud New Zealand company made up of thousands of Kiwis from all walks of life, Telecom is strongly committed to the success of our communities. Partnerships such as this have a strong focus on the future and, in particular, giving young New Zealanders the chance to shine.
Spectrum Care is an independent charitable trust that provides services for approximately 800 children, young people and adults with disabilities (and their families). Our services include 24-hour support for people living in residential homes throughout the Auckland and Waikato regions, specialised Home Support, Behavioural and Aspiration services for people in the greater Auckland region, and respite care in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
