On Court: Your Netball Point Of Contact – Episode 3, Wednesday 23 February, SKY Sport 1

Ever wondered why Silver Ferns midcourter Laura Langman wears those long socks? Tune into the new-look On Court this Wednesday at 7.30pm on SKY Sport and find out.

That's right, Laura "long socks" is in the house with former Silver Ferns captain Anna Stanley and former Ferns shooter Tania Dalton.

Langman will sum up her Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic side's opening match in the ANZ championship, she'll offer up a coaching tip to aspiring mid-courters and on her game day the On Court crew caught up with Langman at her home pre-game to give netball fans an insight into what makes this great Silver Fern tick.

Former Silver Ferns captain Bernice Mene also wraps up the first full round of the ANZ Championship, there's in-game analysis and Australian captain Sharelle McMahon's featured in the show's Off the Wall segment, divulging her guilty pleasure!

On Court - Wednesday 7.30pm on SKY Sport 1.
