FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday 16 February 2011
55 Writers Wanted
Thanks to the initiative of James George, The New Zealand Society of Authors (PEN NZ Inc.) are organising a Writers' Read In on Friday 25th March at 6pm at a library near you.
We need 55 writers to read from their work at a library within the Auckland Super City and all funds raised at the event will be donated to the Red Cross Canterbury Earthquake Appeal.
Jointly supported by the New Zealand Society of Authors and the Auckland Council Libraries, this is a major fundraising event and one that needs your support.
If you
are willing to go to a library in your area on Friday 25th
March at 6pm and read from some of your work, please visit
Make sure you let us know
which library you want to be at. ENDS
Please help support
this worth event.
