The Director of the Chair of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Otago, Professor Kevin Clements, believes that we humans are hard-wired for compassion, empathy and integration.
Nevertheless, vast intervals of human history, including the present day, are marred by conflict. Whether there is a way out and what it might be, will be discussed on next week's edition of "In Conversation with Noel Cheer" on Triangle/Stratos Television.
