The Thomas Oliver Band To Release Live Favourite In Association With Juice TV

20.06.2011 For immediate release:

The Thomas Oliver Band are to release ‘Bad Talkin' Man’, the new single off their debut album Baby, I'll Play, on Monday 20th June.

‘Bad Talkin' Man’ is the third single from the band's full length album, released in March 2011 which debuted at #12 in the New Zealand Top 40 and #1 in the iTunes Blues Charts in New Zealand and Australia.

The single, mixed by Mu from Fat Freddy's Drop and mastered in LA by Stephen Marcussen, has long been a live favourite.

"Bad Talkin' Man always seems to find its way to people's hips" says frontman Thomas Oliver. A video directed by Hayley Gray (Weta Workshop) and made with help from NZ on Air will accompany the single in the following weeks. Gray was behind the story concept of the band's multi-award winning video, ‘Goin' Home’.

The band are set to embark on the 'Bad Talkin' Man Tour' to celebrate the release of the single.
