Urge Overkill Concert Now At The Kings Arms
The venue for the one and only New Zealand concert from Chicago rockers Urge Overkill has been switched to the Kings Arms.
The concert date remains Tuesday March 6, 2012.
Tickets are available from Ticketmaster.co.nz and Real Groovy.
All tickets purchased for the previous venue (The Powerstation), remain valid for the new venue.
Urge Overkill return to NZ fully armed with a back-catalogue of solid gold nuggets like Girl You’ll Be A Woman Soon, Sister Havana, Positive Bleeding, and new single Effigy.
Girl, You’ll Be A Woman Soon became a worldwide smash when Quentin Tarantino used the Urge Overkill version in Pulp Fiction. That movie’s soundtrack became one of the most successful of all time, and Urge Overkill went on to sell 2.5m albums of their own. This year’s acclaimed release Rock & Roll Submarine is their sixth album.
Auckland band The Dirty Sweets have been announced as support.
