Reality Tv Stars Nathan
Jolliffe & Johnny Ruffo Firm For Cleo Bachelor Of The Year
While Hayden Quinn is still favourite, reality TV stars Nathan Jolliffe and Johnny Ruffo have emerged as real contenders to take out this year’s Cleo Bachelor of the Year title, both firming from $101 into $9.00 (Jolliffe) and $16 (Ruffo) with online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au.
With both Jolliffe and Ruffo being heavily promoted for their upcoming appearances in Celebrity Apprentice and Dancing With The Stars respectively, there has been significant interest in the pair from punters.
“Nathan and Johnny have been popping up on our TV screens quite often as Celebrity Apprentice and Dancing With The Stars get closer. This has obviously helped their chances as they have been the biggest movers since the market opened and look to be legitimate threats,” said sportsbet.com.au’s Shaun Anderson.
On the other hand, Quinn has drifted slightly from $2.75 to $3.00 as has second favourite James O’Connor from $3.00 to $3.50.
Other big movers have been Channel 9’s Clint Stanaway into $26 from $101 along with radio personality Daniel Gawned and the Herald Sun’s Wes Hosking, both also into $26 from $101.
And while GWS recruit Israel Folau may be struggling to get a kick, he has been tipped to have better luck in the competition, firming from $81 to $26 to win the competition.
