Winter Singles Cocktail Party - A Night to Remember for Wellington Singles
A winter cocktail soiree held by New Zealand’s premiere matchmaking agency “Matchcompany” will provide Wellington singles with an opportunity to socialise and support a worthy charity. The soiree, to be held on Saturday 16th June 2012, is always a highly popular Matchcompany social event and this year the agency has added a charity to sponsor so singles can help support a good cause as well as having fun.
“The annual party is always a great way to not only beat the winter blues but also to let clients and friends meet one another. We invariably see several successful ‘matches’ eventuate,” says Matchcompany director Rosie Bowie.
The singles event always involves some surprise guests and special prizes. Tickets for this event can be purchased through Matchcompany Ltd. (matchmaker, dating coach and dating seminar provider) for $65 per person. All proceeds for the evening will be donated to @Heart Inc. (formerly Heart Children NZ). @Heart is the only organisation in New Zealand to provide life-long support for all those affected by a childhood heart condition.
Lorraine Warshaw, General Manager of @Heart said, “You may be surprised to learn that every week twelve babies are born with a heart defect in New Zealand. That’s 600 a year. These children and their families are not just statistics. They need practical and emotional support to help them cope with the challenges of living with a heart condition. By purchasing a ticket, you are helping us to buy hospital meals for a week for a parent whilst their child is in hospital, or a MedicAlert bracelet for the heart child or a bereavement box for a heart family in memory of their loved one.”
Tickets for the evening include a complimentary cocktail on arrival, canapés throughout the evening and the chance to win a 6 month Matchcompany Ltd. membership. Also if you purchase your ticket/s before Friday 8th June 2012 you will go into the draw to win one of two prize packages to get your evening off to a great start.
