Haier Pulse to attend
the World Invitational Premier Club Challenge in Scotland
This November, Glasgow in Scotland is hosting the World Invitational Premier Club Challenge (WPCC), as part of a series of British Invitational Tournaments to be hosted in the build-up towards the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
The inaugural 2012 WPPC will take place at the Commonwealth Arena between 28 November and 2 December 2012. The tournament will involve six teams; two from the FIAT Netball Superleague, two from the ANZ Championship as well as the Glasgow Wildcats and a side from Northern Ireland, showcasing the best of the world’s top international leagues over eight days.
The teams are:
- Glasgow Wildcats (Scotland)
- West Coast Fever (Australia)
- Haier Pulse (New Zealand)
- Northern Thunder (England)
- Surrey Storm (England)
- Northern Panthers (Northern Ireland)
Coached by Robyn Broughton, the Haier Pulse Invitational Team will be a mix of 2012 and 2013 players.
