Media Group Congratulates Artists’ Recent
Success!
Frequency Media Group is pleased to congratulate the following artists on their recent achievements:
Hot new Reggae signing SWISS has been going from strength to strength in the short time he’s been on the scene in New Zealand, and his EP Mr Slow Wind debuted in the Top 40 US iTunes Reggae chart and the Top 10 NZ PopiTunes chart a mere two days after its release. His debut single ‘Slow Wind’ was the most requested track at NZ Urban radio, and new single ‘Blue Bayou’ is hot on its heels, seeing SWISS literally mobbed by new fans at each of his liveperformances.
Home Brew has successfully completed (and survived) a SOLD OUT six-date New Zealand Tour around the country. Fans have come out in droves down the line to see Home Brew perform tracks from their critically acclaimed double album, which debuted at #1. Home Brew now has a short break before taking their live show to Australian fans throughout early August.
Concord Dawn has had over a staggering 10,000 downloads of his new album Air Chrysalis which was released for FREE only a month ago. Off the back of his recent NZ tour, Concord Dawn is also set to hit Australia performing his new album live on a six-date tour later this month.
And David Dallas fans are in for a treat in August when he’s set to reveal an exciting new project. He’ll be performing at the Casio CENTRAL store launch after party on Thursday 2 August at Fort St Union before heading off on a three-month tour of the United States with US artists Aer and Yonas starting in September. David’s new album Falling Into Place is also set for NZ release in November.
On top of these exciting achievements, FMG is set to reveal an exciting new project from Aaradhna in mid-August starting with her first single ‘Wake Up’. The original Polynesian princess has completely shaken up her look and sound, and delivered an outstanding new album - in a style she calls retro/metro - set for release later this year. It’s her most honest and exceptional album to date -definitely worth the wait.
