Wellington’s annual and charitable
tribute to rock fans
Wellington’s annual Rocktober: Tribute party, is a night of pure rock/metal indulgence. On Saturday, 13th October some 300-400 revelers will be rocking through the evening and into the night, as top notch tribute bands bring AC/DC, Guns n Roses, Maiden, Mötley, Motörhead & Metallica to life - along with rock DJs belting out classics.
All the while, select judges will scour the crowd for the 2012 Gods of Rock Awards contenders and winners. So get dressed up and rock out big time for your chance to claim trophies & prizes as Air Guitar Legend, Dance Demon and Ultimate Rock God!
It’s also a party, gig & awards event with a cause, as all profits from ticket sales go to the Cancer Society of New Zealand, Wellington Division. \m/
