Island Film Festival: Transport Yourself winner
Adobe and the inaugural Cockatoo Island Film Festival have announced the winner of the “Transport Yourself” video competition, hosted on Adobe’s ANZ Facebook page.
The competition gave fans the opportunity to be flown to Sydney and become the official behind the scenes video producer for the Festival, by creating a unique video entry which captures the theme – “Transport Yourself”.
The panel of judges declared Jared Gray as the winner with his entry "Interview with a Boy Genius". The judges included Adobe video expert Jon Barrie, multi-award winning director Stavros Kazantzidis, actor, writer, producer and director Damian Walshe-Howling, and experts from the Cockatoo Island Film Festival. The panel was particularly taken by the way Jared embodied the 'Transport Yourself' theme in a unique documentary style, as well as his boy genius character.
