BEYOND REALITY MEDIA PRESENTS NEW ZEALAND'S BIGGEST EVER LINE-UP OF DOCTORS, DALEKS, DWARFS AND ZOMBIES FOR 2013

Beyond Reality Media is gearing up for a huge 2013, bringing the biggest line-up of stars from classic and current pulp culture shows ever seen in New Zealand.

No asteroid is left unturned with this top line-up including stars from UK comedy Sci-fi series, RED DWARF, no less than four Doctors from the classic DOCTOR WHO series and even a couple of Zombie-Killers from action thriller THE WALKING DEAD.

First up is New Zealand’s inaugural RED DWARF Convention on Saturday February 9th at Auckland’s Dorothy Winstone Centre. This special one-day event will be hosting cast members from the classic Sci-Fi comedy series including Craig Charles (Dave Lister), Robert Llewellyn (Kryten) and Danny John-Jules (Cat).

Next, New Zealand’s favourite pulp culture event, the ARMAGEDDON EXPO heads to The Edgar Centre in Dunedin (March 2nd and 3rd), then travels to Addington Raceway Stables in Christchurch on (March 9th and10th). Guest stars include Steven Yeun (Glenn) and Andrew Rothenberg (Jim) from The Walking Dead, as well as Jed Brophy (Nori the Dwarf) from The Hobbit.

And to wrap up the first quarter of 2012, the LORDS OF TIME event celebrates 50 years of Doctor Who with a sudden appearance at Auckland’s Dorothy Winstone Centre on Saturday April 13th. Four of the Doctors appearing at this exclusive event include the 5th Doctor Peter Davison, the 6th Doctor Colin Baker, the 7th Doctor Sylvester McCoy and 8th Doctor Paul McGann. Alongside this famous quartet will be Nicholas Briggs, the voice of the Cybermen and Daleks in the current Doctor Who series.

This one-off event includes exclusive panel discussions with all four Doctors, special screenings and events. There will be retailers present with the latest Doctor Who merchandise as well as a special presence from the Doctor Who Audio range through Big Finish.
