SET LOCAL DATE FOR NEW ALBUM
Phoenix will release their fifth album, Bankrupt!, on April 19th on Liberator Music / Loyaute / Glassnote Records. Bankrupt! is the incredible follow up to 2009’s critically lauded Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, which won the band the Grammy for Best Alternative Album, and has since been certified Gold. As previously announced, Phoenix will return to the road this year as well, with U.S. dates culminating in a Saturday night headlining slot at this year’s Coachella.
Bankrupt! was co-produced by the band – Thomas Mars (vocals), Laurent Brancowitz (guitar), Christian Mazzalai (guitar), and Deck D’Arcy (bass) – and producer Philippe Zdar.
