First Bridal Bootcamp to Launch at The Great NZ Bridal Show
Prospective brides are in for a treat this weekend when Snap Fitness Bush Inn launches its first “bridal bootcamp” experience at the Great NZ Bridal Show.
Brides-to-be and their bridal parties can sign up on Sunday for customised programmes with a personal trainer that will help them into shape, no matter level of fitness they are at.
Nino Nabong, Manager of Snap Fitness Bush Inn, says the programme will help brides achieve their pre-wedding goals in a safe and motivating way.
“There’ll be no weigh-in before you walk down the aisle. We really want to focus on helping brides become stronger, healthier and more toned. Will clients lose weight? Absolutely. But more importantly, they look and feel amazing on their big day,” he said.
Nino said the thinking behind the bridal bootcamp came from several enquiries made by current members.
“We are constantly looking for ways to fit our programmes around the needs of our members. When we heard there was more demand for bootcamp like training for wedding parties, we thought we would offer a programme that was flexible enough to work in with their already busy schedules.”
Personal trainers like Jake Brennan at Snap Fitness Bush Inn, will help members get results with a customised program that will take the guesswork out of the process.
"The best part about this bootcamp is that it is completely customized for the bride and her bridal party,” said Jake.
"I'll be pushing brides to reach their goals, but we will do it the right way together. I'll help them put together a realistic exercise and healthy eating plan that will work best for them to get the results they're looking for."
Addington’s Great New Zealand Bridal show is the largest wedding show in the South Island. The team from Snap Fitness Bush Inn will be available from 9.30am to help brides put together their tailor-made programme.
Snap Fitness Bush Inn can be found at 5 Newnham Terrace, Upper Riccarton. Visit them on https://www.facebook.com/snapbushinn
