FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 1 MAY 2013

Swiss, Brownhill & Monsta Announce Australian Tour

The charming new faces of Pacific Reggae Music, Swiss and BrownHill, are jumping the ditch with hip-hop sensation Monsta for their first Australian tour in May.

Delivering an intoxicating mix of smooth reggae tunes with a distinctive Pacific vibe, Swiss and BrownHill are set to take their chart-topping, heart-swooning andgenuinely joy-bringing chilled-out tunes to our Aussie neighbours.

Wellington based nine-piece BrownHill’s debut album ‘First Love’ came in #1 in both the iTunes Reggae and Official NZ Album Charts, while Swiss has also been experiencing his own chart success with #1 NZ singles ‘Blue Bayou’, ‘Slow Wind’, ‘She’s Mine’ and ‘I Wanna Know’.

Keeping good company, Swiss and BrownHill will be joined by Polynesian hip-hop heir to the throne, Monsta. Hailing from Long Beach, California, Monsta is considered one of the first Polynesian artists to fuse hip-hop and Reggae and boosts a huge back catalogue.

From his work with US group The Regime to his hit album Pacific Coast Highway and latest EP ‘Cali Fobb’ - a prequel to his much heralded concept album, Fobb Marley - Monsta has derived a fresh sound from those diverse roots and effectively cemented himself as one of Hip-Hop’s most dynamic artists.

With allthree acts set to release new albums this year, fans can also expect to be treated to new material.

Monsta, Swiss & BrownHill will be performing live at the following venues, withtickets available now from www.moshtix.com.au
