Hook Ups Episode Seven Goes Live
with some Fancy Footwork
Dance lessons take
an unexpected twist in the latest episode of Hook Ups, the
weekly cartoon web-episodes.
Episode seven takes the hilarity to the next level when Kowhai dreams of the duo being ‘triple threats’ like her celebrity idol, Alaze Rhetorix - who can sing, dance and act. An exotic French dance teacher (Madeleine Sami) provides dance lessons to music-wannabes, Kowhai and Monty. After a few smooth moves they soon discover Monty oozes talent and Kowhai is left to tears.
Created and written by musician, Coco Solid aka Jess Hansell, Hook Ups tells the hilarious tales of the musical twins Kowhai and Monty Hook who live in fictional town, Aroha Bridge.
In addition to the cartoon series, viewers can create music for the series by downloading a purpose built music making iPhone app. This week a snake flute and saxophone have been added to the instruments available inside the app.
